What is SainSmart Work In Progress?

SainSmart Work In Progress is a membership reward program. Once you become a member then you will be applicable to earn reward points ("Smart Points") when you shop on SainSmart.com. Reward points can be redeemed at 2.5% cash rewards ("Reward Code").

How can I become a member of SainSmart Work In Progress?

Everyone with a SainSmart.com account will be enrolled in WIP program automatically once you log in your account. You will earn 200 Rewards Points ("Smart Points") as sign-up reward.

What is the membership level?

WIP offers different benefits based on different member levels. You will become a Basic level member for free automatically once you are enrolled in WIP. Pay for the annual fee with only $19.99 to become a Silver member through which you can enjoy free shipping for all orders from the day you join WIP onwards. Besides, once you achieve 500 Smart Points, you will be upgraded to the Silver member as well. Similarly, 1000 Smart Points for the Gold member and 3000 for the Platinum

Can I skip the membership level?

Yes, you can. You can skip the Basic level to Silver with $19.99/year annual fee.

How can I earn Smart Points?

You can earn Smart Points by joining WIP, making purchases on SainSmart.com (points will be deducted from your balance for canceled orders and refunds), participating in bonus point events. Stay close with us to get more ways to earn Smart Points in the future!

What is Bonus Point Event?

Bonus point event includes following us on social media, buying specific products (updated monthly) and other exciting events throughout the year.

How can I spend Smart Points?

You can redeem your Smart Points for 2.5% cash rewards (Reward Code). Every 200 Smart Points can be redeemed as a $5 reward code.

How can I check my Smart Point balance?

You can check your Smart Point balance by logging into your SainSmart account and check for points and rewards in the pop-up Points card.

How can I check my membership level?

You can log in your account to check the membership level. And the newly reached level will be updated within 72 hours.

Will my points/reward code/membership level expire?

Points and reward code never expire as long as you keep your membership. Once you are upgraded to a new membership level, it is valid for an entire year.
